Pearl: In today's world, salt is a complex topic. To make it easy, don't eat any salt that is refined. 

Swine: This means that unless it is unrefined, raw salt, it has been through a chemical process, including heating it to greater than 1200 degrees F. 99% of salt used today does not nourish the body, rather it causes other problems in our biological systems. Kosher salt means nothing, in the realm of health.

Bottom Line: Eat salt, and lots of it. But only eat unrefined raw salt such as Celtic sea salt, Himalayan salt, Desert Salt rich in minerals and other raw salts, which are clean and unrefined.
